INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ARTWORK All content, original character designs, animations, illustrations, logos, and merchandise designs featured on this website and our Ko-fi shop are the sole intellectual property of its creators and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any of our artwork or characters for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from us.
3. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & STOREFRONT Our website currently directs users to an official third-party storefront hosted on Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/pokumeow) to process orders and payments. While we manage the delivery of our merchandise, your interactions and payment processing on Ko-fi are also subject to Ko-fi’s platform terms and privacy policies.

Shipping and Refund Policies
1. MERCHANDISE LAUNCHES & INVENTORY Please note that our merchandise is released in limited collection. If items display a "Sold Out" status, no further orders for those specific items can be placed until an official restock is announced.
2. SHIPPING We work closely with our shipping partners to safely deliver your orders right to your doorstep, available to selected countries only.
Delivery Estimates: Most orders typically arrive within 7 to 20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Customs & Duties: Depending on your location, your package may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Changes: Please double-check your details at checkout! We are unable to modify the shipping address or any order information once the package has been handed over to our logistics team.
3. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS Because our collections are limited and shipped internationally, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales processed through our Ko-fi storefront are considered final.
4. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! If an item arrives damaged during transit or is lost, we will gladly help make it right:
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at pokumeow.info@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video of your package. This documentation is required by our logistics partners to verify transit damage and approve your replacement or refund.
Lost Items: If your tracking information shows your package has stalled or was misdelivered, please contact us so we can verify the status with our logistics carrier.
Resolution: Eligible claims for items broken in transit or verified as lost will be resolved via a replacement item (subject to stock availability) or a partial/full refund.
